Here at Investigations, Inc., we believe in our employees and invest heavily back into the field. We offer a very comprehensive Career Track for all Investigators which is a blueprint for our field personnel to plan, set goals and achieve the different levels available for them within the company.

The country is broken out into separate Regions. A Director of Investigations (DOI) directly supervises each of our Investigators within a region. All of our Directors of Investigations average more than 20 years of law enforcement, military and/or insurance investigation & surveillance experience. Each Director of Investigations is personally responsible for the proper staffing, retention and continuous training of our Field Investigators within their local region. The Directors also ensure that Investigations, Inc., has the premier field force within the industry. They guide the careers of our Field staff as they continuously distinguish themselves in the field and conduct themselves in accordance with the Investigations, Inc., Code of Ethics and Core Values.


Investigations, Inc., investigators average more than 7 years experience. Each field investigator is licensed in the states where they work and have a clear understanding and appreciation for the statutory requirements and company Code of Ethics.

Our investigators undergo extensive training on Investigations, Inc policies, procedures, the various laws dealing with privacy and Unfair Claims Practices, and state-of-the-art technology so they can provide our customers with the superior level of performance our customers expect. Investigations, Inc., does not subcontract any investigative work.

reasonable expectation of privacy exists.

Investigations, Inc will not entrap, harass, stalk or otherwise
compromise a claimant's rights.

Investigations, Inc may edit reports for grammar so they are court-ready.

Investigations, Inc provides a chain of custody for all evidence, which is secured at the Corporate Headquarters.

Investigations, Inc maintains all tapes and reports for seven years or for a longer period of time when mandated by a state.

Investigations, Inc will provide the original tape for all judicial proceedings.

Investigations, Inc will conduct investigations in a professional and ethical manner.
